All Supreme items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable. 





You may return or exchange your item within 7 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Pre-order, tailor-made, sales items, Intimate apparel, earrings, and any personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.


To return or exchange your item(s), please call or email us stating the reason for your request in advance. We will review your request and will send you a code and Return/Exchange form once authorized. Please ensure to include your order number, invoice and return/exchange code on the Return/Exchange form to ensure a smooth process.


Please note that all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages remain customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using traceable services when returning your package.



Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not possible. If the desired size and/or color is out of stock, we will proceed refund for the returned item. Please note that returning an item is at your own risk and you will be responsible for the delivery fee. Exchange request later than 7 business from the order date will not be served. We encourage you to read carefully before purchasing.

Note that pre-order, tailor-made and Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
